Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you are given the opportunity to give customers a top-notch customer service experience? If so, you will love working at PeopleConnect!
Our agents are trained to listen to each customer’s needs or frustrations and to utilize the tools available to them to ensure each customer ends the call saying, “Wow, that was awesome!” As a CSR, you can expect to take between 50 – 70 calls in a shift, assisting customers with a variety of items such as subscription management, website navigation, technical support, and much more!

We train our agents on how to actively gauge the customer’s satisfaction with our services, enabling agents to provide personalized solutions so that each customer gets what they need and becomes an enthusaistic advocate for PeopleConnect!
At PeopleConnect, your development will not stop once you finish your training period and are on the floor assisting customers.
We want every CSR to be successful and build their skillset each day. Our managerial team provides communication that is relevant to your personal victories and performance. We ensure you are receiving the guidance you need every step of the way through weekly coaching sessions, consistent team meetings, and by recognizing your triumphs as you evolve your customer service skills.
