At PeopleConnect, we believe in fostering a culture of recognition and appreciation. Our team is comprised of exceptional individuals who consistently exceed expectations to achieve our shared goals. To celebrate these exceptional individuals, we introduced the People Who Rock Award.

What is the People Who Rock Award?

This quarterly award was established six years ago and recognizes an employee who has gone above and beyond in supporting the PeopleConnect team by embodying our five core values: innovation, collaboration, adaptability, trustworthiness, and fun. Nominated by their coworkers for exemplary teamwork and dedication, the winner of the People Who Rock Award receives a $250 gift card. At the end of each year, the annual Rock Star of the Year is chosen from the quarterly winners.

As a company filled with top-tier talent, it can be hard to pick just one colleague. Across departments, our employees are skilled at solving critical challenges and pushing through complex projects to achieve business goals. That’s why this quarter, we had not one, not two, but 19 outstanding award winners!

Through their hard work and unwavering support for their teammates, these individuals truly rocked our last quarter. Whether they were nominated for mentorship and leadership, unrelenting work ethic on months-long projects, or masterful event planning, each and every one of them helped contribute to PeopleConnect’s continued success.
