Because of this, PeopleConnect is proud to offer our Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy. This innovative approach aims to foster a culture of balance, empowerment, and trust among our employees.
At its core, our generous PTO policy grants our employees the freedom and flexibility to enjoy approved time off while empowering our employees to manage their personal lives, tend to family obligations and pursue their passions.
By shifting away from a rigid accrual system, we entrust our employees to make decisions that best align with their needs and priorities. This approach promotes a culture of trust, collaboration, and autonomy. According to some polls, only 13% of employees report that their employer offers generous paid time off. Despite the low percentage of employers who offer this option it’s among the most desired wellness benefits. About 20% of those who don’t currently have generous PTO report that it’s the wellness benefit they want most.
Our generous PTO policy provides flexibility, maintains open lines of communication, and ensures transparency in work. Check-ins, discussions about workload distribution, and planning for absences help us to maintain a smooth workflow, preventing potential disruptions.
